Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before returning.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved), and make a new purchase separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
